Will I receive an order confirmation via e-mail? Yes, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours. How can I check the status of an order placed online? The best way to check the status of an order is to submit an inquiry through our Customer Service page. What is The Sexy Cupid's return policy? Please visit our shipping information page. Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box? Yes, they will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Can orders be shipped to foreign countries? Yes. International orders will incur an additional charge of $10.00 per order. Is my credit card information secure on your site? Absolutely. Check for the "lock" symbol on your browser window during critical steps in the checkout process to ensure that your information is safe. What will show up on my credit card statement? For your discretion, the billing name of Monster Investments will appear upon your credit card statement, along with our toll free phone number should you not recognize our name. That number is 888.720.3802. Do you ship discreetly? Of course! Although it need not be said we still receive inquires asking whether orders are shipped discreetly. Your order will show up in either a USPS priority mail box or a plain brown box with the return address of The Sexy Cupid. That's it! There is no indication of what is contained within the box or the nature of those products. My question was not answered by this FAQ. What do I do? Not a problem.
